East African Jebena Coffee Pot & Stand
Did you know that coffee was first discovered in Ethiopia? Coffee is more than a drink in Ethiopia, it is a culture. This pot called Jabena is the icon representing Ethiopian coffee.
The pot is used to boil coffee in a traditional ceremony. Whilst you'd like not use it in this way any longer, it makes a striking decorative piece. Lovely scroll work along the neck in the traditional manner.
